3D Rendering of a Fiat 500
Rendering I did of a Fiat 500 in 3d Max 5. All renderings are done with Light Simulations based on Pure physics phenomena . To do photo realistic renderings I creare all materials and lights according to material properties which can start from the angle a light will reflect on a surface to the specific gravity of a fluid.After that is the studio setup. From what I know of photography the studio setup in real life and in softwares are very similar. The same rules apply .Light bounce ,surface illumination ,camera angle ,backlighting etc.

Yezdi :: If I was John Bloor
If I was John Bloor (for those who dont know who he is , for your information he is the man who revived TRIUMPH) then these sketches are what the next Yezdis would be like. For those who dont know what a Yezdi is : 1930's 2 stroke technology ,Czechoslovakian bike sold by Ideal Jawa,Mysore till 1996. AFter that the company stopped production . I have a '96 Roadking and "Yes" , it's a bit difficult to start sometimes. But it's more "Definitely Male " than Pulsar .
OverDrive Helmet Design Competition
OverDrive Magazine Helmet Design Competition 2004 :: Special Mention Helmet designed for Indian conditions. Unlike the Western World Indians share helmets . Indian cultural traditions of Haircare provided me with immense oppurtunity to innovate . Just imagine what a good dose of coconut hair oil + a good amount of sun + some good units of Noxious pollution + small DOMESTICATED LICE of various Geographic talents can do to a good helmet.
You get the picture . We are not dealing with a Design Problem . It's an entire bio-diversity hotspot out there.........GOD's OWN COUNTRY in your head.
Design Solution in Short :: Removable washable liners , Rotatable chin (You see someone familiar on the road .You talk to that person wearing a dark helmet . She doesnt see your face and runs thinking you are a stalker .)Better to have a helmet where the chin section rotates so that you can show easily who YOU are. Air vents .

Training done with TVS Motors ,Hosur (circa 2003) for redesigning Headlamp and Meter unit + Speedometer graphics . Trained under the expert guidance of Makarand Kulkarni (PD ,NID ).
Penny-Fighter
Concept of Design: Bicycles have been responsible for putting man on his way towards civilization and mobility. Current civilization owes their inspiration towards the humble 
bicycle. As the world hurtles forward into an ever increasing technology driven world with scant respect towards natural resources, mobility and transportation will as always play a key role. We need sustainable modes of transportation and the bicycle seems to be the best option for arresting and controlling urban pollution,traffic and resource degradation. But to promote bicycle riding we need to change peoples mindset about the humble bicycle and portray it as an ethical and style statement. This is where the PENNY FIGHTER comes in. Fashion and design always comes around in a cyclical manner. As the saying goes HISTORY repeats itself. The Penny Fighter is based on the early bike ,the penny farthing. The Penny Fighter is a historical interpretation in a new age world. It symbolizes the importance of holding on to your traditions while at the same time changing and adapting to a new world. The Penny Fighter holds a lasting impression and not just a novelty value. At an emotional level it connects like an old comfortable sofa while still being technically advanced and user friendly and a style statement.

l it is easier to drive and promotes leisure cycle driving.
The form has a unisex appeal.Easy manufacturing considerations have been taken.
Cycle incorporates standard components and a reinforced rear wheel pivot for the damping action. Material would be die cast aluminium /m.s.monocoque to keep costs low and strengths high.
Target Market: The target market of the Penny Fighter would be from age 13-30 male and female .
It would need to be advertised to a younger generation who are increasingly going to turn towards the traditions to give them a sense of belonging.
It is also meant for leisure cycling as the speed can be built up too much.
Tri-Clops 3 wheeler for India
A 3 wheeler for India exhibited at the Canadian International Autoshow2003 , Toronto . The Tri-Clops is a platform for providing a less stressful rides on evercongested Indian Roads. Being nimble and on 3 wheels with a smaller footprint area the 3 wheeler can tarverse crowded city roads with ease . Propulsion is based on Hydrogen where the storage is done in Carbon nanotubes for less volatility and flammability during accidents as it is solid state storage . The Tandem Seating arrangement inside can comfortably seat four people.
